Nepal questionnaire changes

For Project details:

• construction year is often missing, and when it is filled in it is a year in the future… —> Can we make this optional? And what to do with years in the future?
• Rehabilitation year is missing a lot —> can we make this optional?
• For question on Project type —> “Electricity Lifting” and “Ground Water System” are missing in the options

For Tap:

• Numerical questions have a lot of missing values. Can they be made optional? (Except for the project code ofcourse)

• Tap Number

• Owner/Representative Name

• Contact Number

• Household numbers

• Supply hours

For watersource:

• Question Source Registration: “source registered & no obstruction” and “source registered, in public land & obstructed by local community” missing from the options
