Apache Zookeeper support for Akka.Discovery

Hi,

We host our own systems in-house and have an existing Apache Zookeeper cluster.

I've written an implementation of Akka.Discovery.Zookeeper using the basic Zookeeper group membership recipe, following the structure of the Akka.Discovery.Azure/Tests projects.

Would there be enough interest from anyone in the community for me to go through the trouble of creating a pull request? It's a non-trivial amount of code (a little less than the Azure implementation), so I'm not sure the maintainers would want to deal with it unless there is more than a trickle of interest.

Any feedback would be great.
