Allow $loggedAt to default to NULL when an attribute has no version history record.

It happens sometimes, when an attribute has no version history that this could generate and PHP Error: Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool.
Especially on older projects.

A simple fix for this issue.

loggedAt = $stmt->fetchAssociative()['last_update'] ?? null;

Worked for me.
