ReplyKeyboardMarkup not showing up after 1st appearance

aiofiles==23.2.1
aiogram==3.2.0
aiohttp==3.9.1

I upgraded aiogram to 3.2 from 2.x and update my code for the ReplyKeyboardMarkup
await message.reply(f"Your message is: {message.text}" , disable_web_page_preview = True , reply_markup=ReplyKeyboardMarkup(keyboard=keyboard, resize_keyboard=True))

(1) Is there any way to suppress the telegram messages?
(2) the menu icon shows up fine

After selecting an option ...
(3) The menu is no longer available
(4) a default / telegram message appears !! Is there a way to suppress this message?

No errors reported on the console!
