Expected Behaviour

  • Section header is visible when navigating to a page's hash link

Actual Behaviour

  • Section header hidden behind site header when navigating to a page's hash link

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

Here is a screenshot of the experience when a page's hash link is visited (relegate code in DocLayout component here):

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to a parliament site link with a hash
  2. Observe that section header is hidden behind navigation bar
