Issue with hello world example from repo

Trying to use actix first time and basic example is not working for me:

Cargo.toml

when I try to use cargo run, I get

Finished dev [unoptimized + debuginfo] target(s) in 0.62s
     Running `target/debug/hello-world-actix`

and it's not finishing. Tried rebuild using cargo clean and cargo build but did not help.

The example is intended to run forever. it starts a web server and listens on localhost port 8080. It will continue listening until you stop it manually.

oh, yeah, sorry. You're definitely right. I was confused because no logs in a terminal. Thank you a lot!
