Describe the bug
The set-output command is deprecated and will be disabled soon. Please upgrade to using Environment Files. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-10-11-github-actions-deprecating-save-state-and-set-output-commands/

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
What would you like to be added?
- name: Upload Artifacts
uses: actions/upload-artifact@v3
When using this Action in a Workflow, GitHub displays a warning:

The set-output command is deprecated and will be disabled soon.

Expected behavior
No warnings.
