Description:
Improve readme for 3.x and 3.11-dev style python-version.
I was trying 3.x-dev which couldn't be parsed and a version found from the manifest.
I wanted to improve the documentation as I saw 3.x in various websites, but didn't find info on what it might resolve to.

Note: 3.x-dev might be a separate issue to open.
Somebody might want to:

  • find the latest minor version,
    • with the latest patch version

The readme is a bit bulky with saying how different versions work with this change:

  • '3.x'
  • '3.11-dev'
  • '3.11.0-alpha - 3.11.0'
  • '3.11.0-alpha.1'
  • '.python-version'

It might be more compact as a table. Opinions?

Hi, @IdiosApps 👋 First of all thank you for the contribution! ❤️ Regarding a table you suggested, there is no need for it, we are going to rearrange README.md anyway.
