Description:
The recommended configuration for the dependency-check-maven plugin is now to use a server to convey the NVD API key to the plugin.
See nvdApiServerId at https://jeremylong.github.io/DependencyCheck/dependency-check-maven/configuration.html

It would be nice if this was directly supported by this action.

This would be resolved is #85 could be done, but if it cannot it would be useful for this to be done independently.
