Description:
The default behavior of the install scripts is to contact aka.ms and then retrieve the installer from a subdomain of the azureedge.net CDN instead of going directly to subdomains of blob.core.windows.net. The underlying scripts already have parameters to control the behavior, it is just not exposed through the configuration of the action.

Justification:
Some users are behind strict firewall restrictions and it is hard to justify two additional domains instead of downloading the content from the already whitelisted blob.core.windows.net subdomains.

Are you willing to submit a PR?
Sadly, I cannot.
