This pull request moves the YAML configuration from an external file to the workflow. The best place to see how these changes work is probably the rendered README.
In addition to the previous behavior of vulnerability severity and license filtering, I've added some copy tweaks, handling of unknown licenses and a few quality-of-life improvements to get things ready for a v2 release of the Action.
I've created a list of public and private repos where the behavior of the Action can be seen under diferent circumstances, please see DG#1156 for a list to all the links.
