Import Attributes

Import Attributes are a Stage 3 TC39 specification that introduces additional syntax to the language and has recently landed in NodeJS starting in 18.20.0 without needing an experimental flag.

import data from './data.json' with { type: 'json' };

I assume this project would only adopt it when it becomes Stage 4 but just wanted to confirm if that would be the case? (I am aware of the community plugin which works great, but was just curious to confirm my understanding of the process for this project. For example, Stage 4 is the policy for ESLint.

Or would it make sense to add it to acorn-stage3 in the meantime?)
