怎么在sealer.go里调用账户余额balance啊 #7

最近做的一个项目，需要在sealer.go里获得余额balance，然后去修改target。因为我是刚接触go语言，所以还不太懂，而且最近这几天就需要提交了，所以大佬看到的话能不能教教我，好像并不难，加几行代码就行了，但我比较菜，实在弄不来。谢谢了
