  • I've read and understood the contribution guidelines.
  • I've searched for any related issues and avoided creating a duplicate issue.

Please give us a description of what happened.

In the backend my custom ACF-blocks seem to load forever and I'm getting al lot of errors in the console (see screenshot)
When disabling the yoast-acf-analysis plugin these errors go away and the custom ACF-blocks function as expected

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

Make a page with lots (7+) ACF-custom blocks, with this plugin enabled the page loading in the backend takes a very long time (incl. spinning waiters in the blocks).

How can we reproduce this behavior?

  1. See above...

Technical info

  • WordPress version: 6.1.1
  • ACF Content Analysis for Yoast SEO version: 3.0.1
  • Yoast SEO version: 19.11

Hey @photosjob,
I tried to reproduce a 503 error but to no avail. I locally created over 15 different custom fields for pages, text/textarea/images/URL fields, and others, but the edit screen loads as fast as without those 15 fields. Do you have any errors in the error logs?

@jeroenrotty I was having the same type of server load with this plugin.

For me it is related to this issue: #120

It's when i am editing with gutenberg that the request with 'query attachment' is called constantly.

Hi @Bernier154

Thanks for reaching out to us. I tried to reproduce the issue, but the errors are not showing on the browser console. So, can you please let us know the blocks you are using on the page (with a screenshot of the block overview) and more details about the ACF fields that are loading on the page to help us reproduce this issue?

We look forward to hearing from you.
