why you think the feature request is something we should consider for the Yoast SEO plugins?

The ACF analysis is an add-on plugin that extends functionality of Yoast to those ACF Fields. It makes sense that this add on plugin would also provide options for selecting ACF images to be used as twitter and facebook image tags.

User's who add images via ACF image fields and what to be able to select those images
