Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When setting a custom og-image via the wpseo_opengraph_image there's no way to also set the image type. In this case it will always fall back to the type of the default image.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a filter wpseo_opengraph_image_type which allows us to set the type manually
Why do you think this feature is something we should consider for the Yoast SEO plugins?
In case a user set's a custom image which has an other format than the default image, Yoast SEO will add a wrong type tag. This shouldn't happen.
Additional context
It's the same issue as for image with and high reported in #15052
