Text Area (Main) Style Refactor + Color Tokens

🚀 Feature Proposal

Text Area style re-factor is needed with the new cs prop. We will need to update the BasicTable to use the new system level tokens via CSS variables from the CanvasProvider.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All Canvas Text Area variants are tied to CSS variables
• All Text Area variants are using to system color tokens
• Update the v11 upgrade guide
• Verify all generated CSS class names comply with our new standards

Motivation

This will utilize the new cs prop and we now have access to new css properties
