Steps to Reproduce:

Run the command ~/.wp-now in Windows PowerShell.
Observe the error message indicating that the command is not recognized.
Expected Behavior:
The ~/.wp-now command should navigate to the .wp-now directory in the user's home directory in Windows PowerShell.

Actual Behavior:
The ~/.wp-now command is not recognized in Windows PowerShell, resulting in an error message.

Issue:

 ~/.wp-now
~/.wp-now: The term '~/.wp-now' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program.
Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
