Add performance tests to Performance Lab

Feature Description

We built a lot of tooling for performance testing that I think we should be dogfooding in our own plugin(s).

This entails setting up Playwright à la https://github.com/swissspidy/wp-performance-testing and defining the scenarios we want to test.

Later we can also add regular e2e tests if needed (maybe for feature activation?).
