What problem does this address?

Similar to other renaming issues #39293 #43926, the Styles interface also has a temporary beta label on it that, at this point, should be considered for removal:

What is your proposed solution?

Compared to the larger beta label convo on the overall editor, I believe this can be removed for 6.1 due to both the stability of the experience and the fact that the overall editor is still gated with the current beta label. As a reflection of the stability, twenty twenty three is being powered by style variations: https://make.wordpress.org/design/2022/09/07/tt3-default-theme-announcing-style-variation-selections/
