iOS - VoiceOver Starts Reading Paragraph of Topic 1 for Step 2

While on the Step 2 screen and opening the Topics section to see the content and then choosing Topic 1 from the list with VoiceOver, it focuses on the paragraph under the heading level one (h1). I would expect VoiceOver to focus on the top of the screen which would be the ILAB logo and not part way down the screen which means having to work their way back through the information above it to go other places.

VoiceOver is still reading the screen starting in the middle, as explained above instead of at the top of the screen as expected.

It seems to be a similar issue to others and is iOS related, as you mentioned in the spreadsheet.

We should look into it but keep it open until Apple fixes the issue, be it VoiceOver or in how the code is created.
