I have some dummy implementation of rendering of those data (see http://www.fit.vutbr.cz/~imlich/prods.php?id=396&notitle=1 ). There are also some reference data . I was using additionally open aviation map as a source of data, but I am not able to find them any more. I have cache of theirs data at https://pcmlich.fit.vutbr.cz/dnotam/hungary/
