Regarding Duplicates
Q: Should each input transportation lane be unique? Q: Should group elements be deduped? Q: Should elements themselves be deduped?
A: we could take multiple approaches here and I honestly am not sure which one is the best. Let us not worry about that as well and assume data is not duplicated at this point.
