Allow archiving Series

In a collection, there may be Series you don’t really care about. Maybe it’s something from your childhood, maybe someone gave it to you. You don’t want to throw it away, but you’d rather not see it in the list of Series / Albums when you browse.

An archiving feature similar to the one in GMail should be put in place. Archived Series would be

• Not visible in the Series, Albums, Tags, Categories (Add genre to Series, Albums #14), Favourites (Add support for multiple readers #4), Reading List (Add support for multiple readers #4) views
• Optionally showable in the Series, Albums views
• Still available in the drop-downs in Album add/edit views
• Still available in a search
• Still shown on author pages
