When starting from an empty database (= no albums, series or derivatives, even if there are some publishers or authors), there should buttons on the home page to start using Demyo in an efficient way. See http://goodui.org/#25

It should be the same on the index pages of all entities (from the collections list, it should be possible to create a publisher)
