Implement Material Design 3

Vuetify is based on the Material Design 3. A more recent version of the spec exists and it could be worth integrating into Demyo.

Points of attention:

• Vuetify has an implementation of MD3 as a blueprint
  • Documention is available at https://vuetifyjs.com/en/features/blueprints/#material-design-3
  • Code is at https://github.com/vuetifyjs/vuetify/blob/master/packages/vuetify/src/blueprints/md3.ts
  • The implementation is incomplete. For example, the tabs are a bit wonky and the buttons should no longer be in uppercase. Maybe a pull request should be submitted.

• Colors have subtle differences, like how the primary has a specific variation for containers to be used for FABs: https://m3.material.io/styles/color/roles
