Dates have a default unclearable value in Safari

Describe the bug
When adding or editing an Album or Derivative, all date fields have values (the current date) and cannot be cleared (or at least it's not clear how).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In the menu, add an album
2. Go to the section that contains edition-specific fields
3. All date are filled in and cannot be cleared

Expected behavior

• Dates should not have a default value
• A button should help users clear all dates
• This applies to Album add/edit and Derivative add/edit
