Feature request: add indicators for the TabbedContent widget, so that users can know there are more tabs available when the screen cannot display all TabPanel.

If you're asking if TabbedContent currently supports that: no, that isn't something there at the moment.

Perhaps something to consider is that users might expect these indicators to be clickable to scroll the tabs?
