[MPaaS] System spaces.avayacloud.com - Power user - Unable to make DM call to ano guest

• This issue does not happen on business or essential license
• This issue also happens when ano guest makes DM call to power user
• This issue does not happen on production system

Setup:
UserA - Hiep Dinh - Admin of space1 https://spaces-candidate.avayacloud.com/spaces/5f4613560250d6ef9cb22a62
UserB - Ruby - Ano guest

Steps:

1. UserA, userB join meeting on space1
2. UserA opens userB's DM
3. UserA clicks green video icon to start DM call with userB

Observation:
UserA receives popup "Space is not loaded. Space has been deleted"
UserA tries to starts DM again and he gets "UNABLE-TO-GET-TOKEN"
