System loganstaging.esna.com - Changing option to "Ask every time" causes the user is kicked out of current space or on-going meeting

Problem description (be as specific as possible), include step by step procedure used to reproduce the issue:
After changing the "DESKTOP APP" option to "Ask every time" causing the user is kicked out the current space/meeting immediately without any notice/warning. The page is auto navigated back to landing page. This is not good user experiences and user should not be kicked out meeting because of this action. Ideally, he should stay in current meeting/space and the changing should take affect for next meetings/space access.

Notes:

• This issue happens on all supported browsers on both Windows and MacOS
• This issue happens on any kind of spaces (group space/personal space/DM) with on-going meeting

Setup:
UserA - Tho Pham - admin of space1. It could be group space/personal space/DM. Desktop app option is "Web browser"

Steps:

1. UserA accesses his space1 and either starts meeting or not
   2. UserA changes DESKTOP APP option to "Ask every time" --> UserA is kicked out meeting/space immediately.

This should not happen anymore with the changes we did on front-end. Please re-test once the new version of front-end is deployed.
