* Update FreeBSD CI image. 11.2 is EoL. * Test Linux and OSX on Cirrus instead of Travis, which seems dead. * Stop testing on Rust beta. That's probably only useful for crates which make extensive use of newish language features. * Run rustdoc in CI.
