Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, each pipeline creates different worker threads and heaps.

Describe the solution you'd like

Have SpringRuntime (?) having unified thread pools and memory manager.
A pipeline is generated from the runtime.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context

#206 would be a nice feature for an embedded stream processor.
But the current implementation may decrease the value from the performance issue.
