Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Supporting many types (formats and interfaces) of foreign sources should be hard.

Users will wait for us to support some sources for a long time.

Describe the solution you'd like

Support Telegraf as a source reader.

Maybe the source reader should only support InfluxDB line format?

Other log agents like fluentd.
