Link PRs to deployed version

In general it would be nice if PRs linked out to a deployed version of the changes so reviewers can verify the changes.

@MSevey Sure. If possible, I would like for the changes in each PR to be deployed, so that reviewers of that PR can verify that the changes are as expected. For example, if a header is added, I would like to look at a site which has the changes deployed so I can inspect the headers and verify the change.
