[🐛 Bug]: Cant load Application Context - Adress in use

What happened?

From our Professor in University we got a Project made with a String Backend and a Svetle Frontend. Adding JUnits Tests was no Problem but when I needed to test my Website with Selenium and added the Dependencies into my Maven pom.xml file and started to write the tests they wouldnt run through. After some time I asked a fellow student for his code to see if the problem is my implementation but even then it didnt compile. Then I changed the driver from ChromeDriver to Firefox and even the Github Bonigarcia (Webdrivermanager). After all these changes my Selenium would still not work. Later on I did reinstall everthing and cloned my Github Repository new to see if there would be any changes. But it didnt do anything.

How can we reproduce the issue?
