1.8.13不能在macos系统上运行, 在获取订阅链接后, 软件就闪退了. 使用1.8.10版本,就不会有这个问题

Reproduction

1. 下载Singbox: https://github.com/SagerNet/sing-box/releases/download/v1.8.13/SFM-1.8.13-universal.zip
2. 拖到application中
3. 打开软件, 输入订阅地址, 选择remote模式, 获取订阅后, 软件闪退
