Following commit:

Introduced two breaking version updates for:

  • chalk-pipe@5
    • Moved to ESM
    • Breaks ./packages/inquirier/examples/input.js
  • husky@5
    • New Install requirements and migration
    • Breaks postinstall and lint-staged

This PR resets back to migrate to both at a later date.

Migrating to husky@6 will not be much lift, chalk-pipe may be in its current state with ESM.
