Clarify the build process after Python 2 support sunset. Related: node-addon-api#445

GYP should be Python 3 compatible now: node-gyp#1337, need to test.

Fixed with rc11, the documentation to be updated.

node-gyp and node-pre-gyp replaced with CMake and prebuild.
