• before that we need a way to containerise the application

@waynesun09 can we have any info that's shareable on github?

• can we install Polarion without license? if yes, that can be containerised.
• if it's not possible we may need to reach out to Siemen's for accessing any of their externally available (possibly rate limited) servers 🤔

1. which image to use to create the container?
2. How do I get a license?

@leelavg @tomswallaRH since it's unit test, it should not deploy Polarion instance which be restricted with the license issue, we better fix the tests with mock data.
