kubeObject s3 path has repeated names

When uploading the kubeObjects to the s3 store, the vrg name and vrg namespace are used twice. It would be good to remove one instance of it.

This might not be an easy task as the code might rely on the path to this way. Need to consider upgrades before making this change.
