Pylint 2.4.0 (pylint-dev/pylint@33b8185) removed the 'test' module from its package and this broke our tests. Clone the sources locally and adjust the paths so that CI continues to work.

This project uses the
test_functional.py
from Pylint's test module. Unfortunately with Pylint 2.4.0 (pylint-dev/pylint@33b8185) the test module isn't installed anymore when installing Pylint.Workaround
The tests can still be run with Pylint 2.3.1.
