Hej,
GitHub nie posiada edytora dla plików PDF (ONLYOFFICE/DocumentServer#1359).

Myślę, że do celów komentowania i wnoszenia wniosków lepiej byłoby użyć innego formatu. Takiego, który będzie bardziej przyjazdy dla GitHuba. :)
