App2 all builds have "Delete" button, even reaped ones.

I would expect if it's deleted, to not be able to delete/pin/view site for a build, but all of those buttons are still present.

For reaped ones, this is intentional so they can be rebuilt from a moment in time. If the delete button is still present, it may also mean there are older builds that would take its place. Be sure all older builds are deleted before the latest if you are having trouble removing builds.
