When we scale an assessment using the upload feature, we cannot make any other changes without losing the scaling. For example, if you leave a feedback for a student without any actual change of grades, and the scaling change will be removed for the student.
A feature suggestion would be to borrow the idea of "Apply Adjustment" from the rubrics feature. Currently, it works at question level, but there could be a similar "Adjustment" and even "Feedback" for the whole assessment too.
Taking it to next level would be if for adjustments the system accepts some sort of formula (instead of the adjustment values). Then, for example, for scaling, you do not need to use the Upload feature anymore. The user can provide a formula that will be applied to the grade of all students.
