BorderBottom issue when used in react-navigation StackNavigator.Screen

Thanks for creating this component - it's great! I'm using it in conjuction with react-navigation. When I use the component
inside a BottomTabNavigator screen, the bottom border of the header is respected and the content scrolls underneath the bottom border. However, when it is used inside a StackNavigator, the content overlays the bottom border of the header before disappearing under the header. Here are some videos showing the issue.

I've tried quite a few things to rectify the issue but without success. I'm just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction of where I should be looking to fix this.
