You have debug output which outputs content, which will cause exactly this error if you try to set headers. Just turn off debugging:

why this error Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\laragon\www\seminar\vendor\phpmailer\phpmailer\src\SMTP.php:281)
why do I get this error even though I have fixed the redirect problem.
I want to send a message to email using a helper that I have created the contents of the SMTP configuration using PHPMailer. initially there was no header error before using Attachments, after I activated Attachments, this header error occurred. the last photo is for the mail helper code. I need to send email using the file now.
