Is it possible to save an email to local folder before sending it ?
For example to /myfiles/file001.eml

Well, I found out:

$oMail->preSend();
$sRawEML = $oMail->getSentMIMEMessage();            
file_put_contents("myfiles/file001.eml", $sRawEML);

Yep, that's the right way.
