We have a custom command, make-admin-user, which sets up a administrator user account for us.

Part of our just fresh-start recipe is creating this user, although due to the current implementation this requires user input:

{{ RUN_WEB }} flask make-admin-user

It would be nice if we could specify all the values we wanted via the command line, e.g. --user admin --email admin@admin.com --password admin.
