Commonly used labels

rejected-gas-optimization: used for PR that propose a gas optimization redesign. These may be closed for many reasons. In most cases that is because we are not able to reproduce the savings or because gas usages increasses (instead of decreassing). There may be recondisered depending on evolution of the compiler or other tooling.
