In InvalidProxyDirectoryException.php line 19:

Provided directory "C:\Users\AFC2~1\AppData\Local\Temp" does not exist

problem on windows with nonEnglish username

I'd report this to upstream PHP: realpath() should probably work fine here, yet it isn't.
